College of Charleston, class of 2006. She's watched the peninsula change, watched Mount Pleasant explode, watched the flood maps get redrawn after Matthew. That's not something you learn in a real estate class — it's something you know because you were here.
In 2019, she left a big-box brokerage to start something smaller and better. The idea was simple: five agents, each owning their neighborhood, each doing the work themselves instead of handing you off to a junior buyer's agent. That's still how it works today.
