Eight Services. One Goal: A Higher Credit Score.

CleanSlate doesn't offer a one-size-fits-all credit repair approach. Depending on what's on your report — collections, late payments, charge-offs, medical debt, student loans — you need a different strategy. Here's how we work every angle.

Credit Report Analysis & Dispute Filing

We pull all 3 bureau reports, identify every inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable item, and file targeted disputes with Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion on your behalf. This is the foundation of credit repair done right. Generic dispute letters get rubber-stamped. Ours don't — because we've learned exactly what language forces real investigation under the FCRA. Most clients see their first deletions in 30-45 days from the first filing round.

Debt Validation Letters

The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) requires collectors to verify that a debt is actually yours before they can continue collecting. We send formal debt validation letters that demand this proof. The majority of collection agencies — especially older debt buyers — can't produce the required documentation and are forced to remove the item. This works particularly well on medical debt, old credit card collections, and purchased debt that's been sold multiple times.

Goodwill Letter Campaigns

Some negative marks on your report are accurate — a late payment during a difficult stretch, a missed bill during a layoff. You can't dispute what's true. But you can ask creditors to remove it as a goodwill gesture. We write these letters specifically — mentioning your overall payment history, what caused the issue, and making the case that one bad month shouldn't define years of reliable payments. When done well, goodwill letters work more often than people expect.

Credit Monitoring Setup & Guidance

You need to know when changes hit your reports — new accounts opened in your name, items removed, score changes from dispute results. We help you set up monitoring with the right service for your situation, configure alerts that actually matter, and explain what you're seeing. Most clients come in not knowing their actual scores from all three bureaus. That changes on day one.

Score Improvement Coaching (1-on-1)

Dispute removal is only half the equation. Your score is also affected by utilization, account age, payment history going forward, and credit mix. Keisha works with clients directly to build a practical plan that maximizes score improvement while disputes are in progress. She doesn't give you a generic checklist — she looks at your actual profile and tells you what will move your number fastest given what's there.

Business Credit Building

A business credit profile exists separately from your personal credit. Building it right means lenders can evaluate your business on its own merits — not your personal score from 10 years ago. We walk entrepreneurs through the setup process: registering with Dun & Bradstreet, opening accounts that actually report to business bureaus, and building a track record that supports real financing down the line.

Student Loan & Medical Debt Strategy

Federal student loans and medical debt follow different rules than credit card debt. Medical debt under $500 no longer appears on credit reports under new CFPB rules — but older or larger medical collections still do, and many can be disputed or validated. Student loans in default have specific rehabilitation pathways. We know these rules and apply them strategically to your specific situation.

Medical Debt Credit Help

Medical debt is different from other types of debt — it's often incurred involuntarily during health crises, frequently contains billing errors, and is subject to specific new protections. We analyze every medical collection on your report, challenge those that are unverifiable or in violation of recent CFPB guidance, and help you understand what you're actually legally required to pay versus what can be removed.
