Allergen Information — Know Before You Come In

If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, we want to know before you arrive. Call us at (512) 555-0389 or mention it when you make your reservation. The kitchen team takes this seriously and works with every table that has an allergen concern — but we need to know in advance to do it properly.

This page gives you a general overview of what's in each section of the menu. It's not a substitute for a conversation with your server or a call to the kitchen — recipes change seasonally and our weekly specials are different every Thursday. When in doubt, ask. See our full menu for a complete picture of what we serve.

Gluten / Wheat

Our fresh pasta is made with 00 wheat flour and contains gluten. Our pizza dough contains 00 wheat flour. Most antipasti are wheat-free, but some include bread or breadcrumbs. Gluten-free pasta is available for any pasta dish on request — please tell us when you reserve so the kitchen can plan. We cannot guarantee a gluten-free environment as wheat flour is used extensively in our kitchen.

Dairy

We use dairy extensively: butter, cream, ricotta, Parmigiano-Reggiano, Pecorino Romano, mozzarella, Taleggio, mascarpone. Most pasta dishes, most pizza, all desserts, and many antipasti contain dairy. We do not currently offer a dairy-free version of most dishes.

Eggs

Fresh pasta contains eggs. Most desserts (tiramisu, panna cotta, torta della nonna) contain eggs. Some antipasti contain eggs. If you have an egg allergy, please call us before coming in so we can identify safe options for you.

Tree Nuts and Pine Nuts

Pine nuts appear in some pasta sauces and on the torta della nonna dessert. Walnuts appear in some specials. Hazelnuts are used in certain gelato flavors. Please tell your server about any nut allergy when you sit down.

Shellfish and Fish

Anchovies appear in several dishes including the Napoli pizza, some antipasti, and some specials. Shellfish (shrimp, squid) appear on the secondi and specials menus. If you have a shellfish or fish allergy, please tell your server — many dishes can be prepared without these ingredients.

Vegetarian and Vegan Options

Several antipasti and pasta dishes are vegetarian. The cacio e pepe, porcini fettuccine, and tomato-based pastas can often be made vegetarian. Vegan options are limited given our use of eggs, butter, and cheese. Please call ahead so the kitchen can prepare.
