Emily Torres relocated from Denver to Charleston in 2018 for her husband's job. That experience is exactly what she brings to relocation clients. She knows the questions because she had them. She joined Coastal Realty Group in 2020, and 60% of her clients are now relocating from somewhere else — tech workers from California, military transfers, retirees from New England.

Emily is also the team's new construction expert. She has relationships with local builders and knows how to review builder contracts — which are heavily weighted in the builder's favor — and negotiate upgrades, closing cost contributions, and rate buydowns.
