Reservations & Hours
Yes. Reservations are required for parties of 4 or more. Parties of 1-3 can walk in and we seat you as space allows. To guarantee your table, book at our reservations page or call (512) 555-0389.
Tuesday through Thursday, 5 to 10 PM. Friday and Saturday, 5 to 11 PM. Sunday brunch 10 AM to 2 PM, dinner 5 to 9 PM. We're closed Mondays — Anthony uses the day to prep for the week.
For weekends (Friday and Saturday), 1-2 weeks ahead is smart during busy periods. Weeknights (especially Tuesdays with BYOB) tend to have more flexibility — sometimes same-day is fine. For the private back room, 2-3 weeks minimum.
The Food & Drinks
Yes — we offer gluten-free pasta. Note your dietary needs when you book and we'll flag it for the kitchen so there's no confusion the night of. Full allergen details at our allergen page.
BYOB is Tuesdays only. No corkage fee. Any beverage — wine, beer, spirits, whatever you're into. Wednesday through Sunday we have a full bar and Maria's wine list. Full BYOB details here.
Yes. Anthony and Chef Luis make the pasta every morning before service. It goes in the pot the same day it gets rolled. We use imported Italian 00 flour and local Texas eggs. The kitchen window is there on purpose — you can watch them work while you wait for your table.
Getting Here
Street parking on E 6th is the main option. There's also a small lot behind the building off Navasota Street. Weekend evenings can get busy on E 6th — give yourself 10 extra minutes. We're the place with the red awning and the hand-painted Nonna's sign.
Yes. The main entrance and dining room are step-free. The private back room has one step — let us know in advance and we'll make it work. Accessible restrooms are available. If you have specific needs, call Maria at (512) 555-0389 before your visit.
Groups & Events
The private back room seats up to 20 exclusively. The main dining room seats 60 — larger groups require coordination and a set family-style menu. Call Maria to discuss anything over 12 people.
