What Happens During a Precision Floors Estimate
Marco drives out to your home at a time that works for you. He looks at what you have now, measures the space, checks the subfloor condition, and talks through your goals. For flooring jobs, he brings samples from the showroom so you can see options in your actual space under your actual lighting.
For remodel jobs (kitchen, bath, closets), he models the design in 3D after the visit and sends you the mockup along with the written quote. You see what it looks like before you commit to anything.
The written quote is itemized — materials and labor broken out separately. If something changes during the project, it gets documented and agreed on before work continues. No mystery invoices at the end.
What to have ready for the estimate:
