You Call or Fill Out the Form
Diana picks up or calls back same day. She asks a few basic questions about the scope and your timing, and gets you on Marco's calendar for an estimate visit — typically within 3 to 5 business days.
In-Home Estimate Visit
Marco comes to your house. He measures, checks subfloor conditions, looks at what's there now, and talks through what you want. He brings samples if it's a flooring job. This visit is free and there's zero obligation to move forward.
3D Design Mockup (Remodel Jobs)
For kitchens, bathrooms, and closets, Marco puts together a 3D rendering of the finished space. You see it on screen and give feedback before any materials are ordered. Changes at this stage cost nothing.
Written Quote
Marco sends a detailed quote within a day or two of the estimate. Materials and labor are broken out separately. You know exactly what you're paying for. No line items that say "misc" or "labor" without explanation.
Materials Ordered & Scheduled
Once you sign off, Diana schedules the project and materials get ordered. Lead times vary by product — Diana gives you the specific timeline. Most flooring jobs start within 1-3 weeks of signing.
Installation Begins
Marco's crew shows up on day one. Marco is on site every day. Work happens in logical order — prep first, then installation, then trim and finishing. Daily cleanup. Your house doesn't look like a disaster zone at the end of each day.
Final Walkthrough
When the job is done, Marco walks the finished project with you. You point out anything that looks wrong. He fixes it before signing off. You don't get the invoice until you're satisfied.
2-Year Labor Warranty
Every job comes with a 2-year warranty on labor. If something goes wrong with the installation in that window, Marco comes back and fixes it. No charge. You have his cell number. He picks up.
