What Nonna's Kitchen Brings to Your Wedding
Maria has coordinated catering for weddings ranging from 30 guests in a Hill Country barn to 200 guests at the Long Center. Every one of those couples got the same thing: Anthony's food, made the way he makes it in the restaurant, scaled properly and served hot.
That last part matters more than people realize. Italian food -- especially pasta -- needs to come out of the kitchen at the right temperature with the right texture. Maria manages the logistics so the quality does not get lost somewhere between the kitchen and the table.
Common wedding setups include family-style pasta and secondi served to seated guests, antipasti and salumi stations during cocktail hour, a live fresh pasta station where guests watch the pasta being made and plated, and a wood-fired pizza station for late-night service after the main dinner.
Planning Your Wedding Menu
Maria schedules a tasting for every wedding client before the contract is signed. You come in, you eat the dishes you are considering, and you decide what goes on the menu. No surprises on the day. The tasting is complimentary for weddings of 50 guests or more.
The minimum for wedding catering is 20 guests. Maximum is 200. For larger events, contact Maria directly to discuss logistics and staffing.
